Saviyon LK — Shipping Policy

At Saviyon LK, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your purchase reaches you safely and securely.

1. Delivery Within Colombo & Suburbs

Customers located in Colombo and surrounding suburbs may have the option to arrange a pickup.

Pickup arrangements will be confirmed with the customer after the order has been received and payment has been verified.

Please contact us to arrange a suitable pickup time and location.

2. Delivery to Other Areas in Sri Lanka

For customers outside Colombo and its suburbs, we arrange delivery through a trusted courier service.

Courier delivery is available to locations across Sri Lanka, subject to the courier service's delivery coverage.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking or delivery information where available.

3. Full Payment Before Shipping

Full payment must be received and verified before an order is dispatched or made available for pickup.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

For bank deposit payments, your order will be processed only after we have confirmed receipt of the full payment.

Shopify's manual-payment system keeps these orders as unpaid until you receive and verify the payment, after which you can mark the order as paid and fulfill it.

4. Product Inspection Before Purchase

We understand that customers may want to see additional details before purchasing.

If you would like to inspect a product before making your purchase, please contact us. We can provide additional photos and/or videos of the product upon request, including closer views of relevant details.

We encourage customers to review the product photos, videos, description, and any additional information provided before completing their purchase.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after a purchase has been completed.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product information and request additional photos or videos before making payment.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy, subject to any rights that may apply under applicable law.
